How do I request an estimate?
Call (519) 752-6431, email classichomeimprovements.brant@gmail.com, or fill out the form on our Contact page with a few project details and photos if you have them. We respond personally — usually within one business day — and book a no-pressure visit to look at the project together.
What areas do you serve?
Classic Home Improvements is based at 169 Powerline Rd in Brantford, Ontario, and we work across Brantford and the surrounding Brant County area, including Paris, Burford, St. George, Mount Pleasant, and the Six Nations / Ohsweken area.
Are you really a three-generation family business?
Yes. Classic Home Improvements has been serving Brantford-area homeowners for 50 years, with three generations of the same family on the tools and in the office. That is why we are so careful about how we leave a home at the end of every day — our name is on it.
Do you handle both interior and exterior renovations?
Yes — we are a full general contractor. Exterior work includes siding, aluminum capping, soffits, eavestroughs, fascia, windows, doors, decks, fences, pergolas, patio covers, roof shingles and exterior painting. Interior work covers bathrooms, walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, tile and backsplashes, flooring, framing, drywall, doors, trim and painting. If it is residential and you can imagine it, we can usually build it.
Will you take on custom designs or unusual ideas?
We love them. A big part of our reputation is being personable and flexible — we are happy to sit down with sketches, inspiration photos, or napkin drawings and help shape them into something buildable, beautiful and on budget.
Can we live in the house while you renovate?
Most of the time, yes. We dust-control, isolate work zones, protect floors and trim, and tidy up at the end of every day so daily life can continue. For larger projects we will walk you through what to expect day-by-day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Classic Home Improvements carries liability insurance and works to current Ontario Building Code. We coordinate licensed plumbers and electricians where the work requires them, and we pull permits when permits are needed.
How are projects priced?
After we see the space and understand what you want, we send a written estimate that breaks the work down by scope. You will know what is included, what is an option, and how change orders are handled before any work starts.
Do you only work on full renovations, or also small jobs?
Both. We are equally happy fixing a leaky soffit, swapping a single door, building a new deck, gutting a bathroom or running a full main-floor renovation. Start-to-finish — Classic Home Improvements has it covered.
